You may have an idea of how you would like to customise one of our range of display homes to suit your lifestyle or how an extra bedroom may just suit your family a bit better than what we have displayed. These changes are welcome at W&B and we look forward to working with you to create your own special home.

Alternatively, you may just have an idea and a block of land and wish to leave the rest of the creativity up to our team of designers and consultants. Either way you can rest assured that you are going to get the service and advice that you would expect from Australia's Finest Home Builder.

We have teams of consultants and designers working every day with our clients to ensure that we get every detail right for you from your initial site selection right through to your landscaping and interior decorating choices. This team includes our interior designer, lighting consultants, and even air conditioning specialists to ensure that nothing is overlooked.

We will ask you for an initial design deposit when we start designing your new home. Then our team will work with you through floor plan designs, elevation styles, specifications and costing, and even arrange survey of your block if required. The good news is that this initial deposit will form part of the payment for your home when you decide to proceed to construction. So the design cost of your new home literally ends up "on the house".
